Processing Time: Orders are shipped within 3-6 business days after dispatch (Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays).
Shipping Methods & Times:
- Standard Shipping (Australia): 3-8 business days - $9.95 Flat Rate
- Express Shipping (Australia): 1-3 business days - $15.00 Flat Rate
- Free Shipping: Available on orders over $80 (Standard shipping only)
Shipping & Returns Policy
Shipping Information
Domestic Only: We currently ship within Australia.
Free Shipping: Orders over $80 qualify for free standard shipping.
Flat Rate: Orders under $80 incur a flat shipping fee (displayed at checkout).
Processing Time: Orders are packed and dispatched within 3-6 business days.
Delivery Estimates: Standard delivery within 3–8 business days, depending on location. Regional and rural areas may take longer.
Pre-Orders: Items marked as pre-order will ship according to the timeline provided on the product page. Orders containing pre-order items will be held and shipped together unless otherwise arranged.
Ongoing Subscription Boxes: Ongoing subscription box orders will be shipped twice a month. (second and fourth Friday monthly). You will receive a tracking number when your box has been shipped. First purchases of subscription boxes will be dispatched within 3-6 business days.
Curated Crystals & Specially Curated Products: Shipping for curated crystals, bulk or custom-curated items, and other curated products will be charged at the agreed shipping cost at the time of purchase. This will be communicated clearly before checkout or via direct arrangement.
Non-Refundable Shipping Costs: Please note that all shipping costs, including those for curated or special products, are non-refundable.
Returns & Refunds
We follow Australian Consumer Law to ensure your rights are protected.
Damaged or Faulty Items: If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
Change of Mind: Returns for change of mind are not accepted on consumables (such as oils, candles, or opened items).
Other Items: Non-consumable products (e.g. crystals, affirmation decks, jewellery) may be returned if unused, in original condition, and in original packaging. Returns must be approved before being sent back.
Exclusions: Sale items, subscription boxes, and mystery boxes are final sale and cannot be returned unless faulty.
Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.
Please allow up to 10 business days for funds to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Refunds are issued for the product price only. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
