Orders & Payment

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and Shop Pay for secure checkout.

Q: Can I modify or cancel my order?
A: Orders can be modified or cancelled within 2 hours of placing them. After this time, orders enter our fulfillment process. Please contact us immediately at support@embracebohemia.com.au if you need to make changes.

Q: Do you offer payment plans?
A: We offer Afterpay. Pay in 4 easy installments with no interest.  

Shipping & Delivery

Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Standard shipping within Australia takes 3-8 business days, while express shipping takes 1-3 business days. Orders are processed within 2-4 business days.

Q: Do you offer free shipping?
A: Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $80 within Australia.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: We currently ship only to Australia due to tariffs. This will change, stay tuned.

Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept refunds for change of mind. Please refer to our Shipping and Returns Policy here 

Q: Who pays for return shipping?
A: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong item.

Account & Website

Q: Do I need to create an account to shop?
A: No, you can check out as a guest. However, creating an account allows you to track orders, save favourites, and enjoy faster checkout.

Q: I forgot my password. How do I reset it?
A: Click 'Forgot Password' on the login page and enter your email address. We'll send you a reset link.
