Embrace Your Story is a personalised songwriting experience. You share the memories, people, places and feelings that matter through our guided Story Journal, and we transform them into an original, fully produced song that captures the heart of your story.

3. Enter your order number and complete the guided journal.
4. We create your song from the story, preferences and details you provide.
5. Your finished digital files are delivered by email.

Your creation timeframe begins once we have received a complete Story Journal and all information needed to begin.

Almost any meaningful story. Our five guided paths are Love, Power, Soul, Legacy and Pet. They cover celebrations, relationships, weddings, anniversaries, personal growth, survival, remembrance, family history and beloved animal companions.

Not necessarily. We take the memories, emotions and details you share and shape them into lyrics that flow naturally as a song. A distinctive phrase may be included where it works beautifully, but the purpose of the journal is to capture the heart of your story—not to copy every answer word for word.

Most finished songs are approximately 2–4 minutes long. The exact length is guided by the story and the natural shape of the music.

Yes. Your Story Journal asks about preferred musical styles, mood and vocal presentation. We use those preferences as creative direction while making the final choices needed to create a cohesive song.

Yes. Your song is produced with AI using the story, preferences and creative direction you provide. AI helps shape the music, vocals and production, while your Story Journal guides the personal details, mood and meaning of the finished piece.

Standard creation for The Song and The Story is approximately 7–10 business days after we receive your completed Story Journal. The Forever Keepsake includes priority creation, normally 3–5 business days. Delays may occur if we need missing information, clarification or approval from you.

Included revisions cover minor changes to lyrics, pronunciation or an important detail we misunderstood. A revision does not include creating a completely new song, replacing the story, changing the chosen genre or requesting an entirely different creative direction after production.

The Song includes correction of a misunderstood factual detail. The Story includes one round of minor revisions. The Forever Keepsake includes two rounds of minor revisions.

Your files are delivered digitally to the email address used for your order. Every package includes a high-quality MP3 and a digital lyric sheet. Additional artwork, versions, video or streaming delivery depends on the package and options selected.

A streaming release is available as a $49 add-on to The Song and The Story, and is included with The Forever Keepsake. Following approval of the final song, title and cover artwork, we submit the release under the artist name Embrace Your Story through our distributor to eligible services such as Spotify, Apple Music, Amazon Music and YouTube Music.

Store acceptance, processing time, availability and placement are controlled by the distributor and individual platforms, so a specific release date or permanent availability cannot be guaranteed. Streaming royalties remain with Embrace Bohemia unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.

Yes. You may optionally upload up to five JPG, PNG or WebP images, with a maximum file size of 10 MB each. Photos can help us understand the people, places and feeling behind your story, and may guide artwork where your package includes it. Please only upload images you own or have permission to share.

Absolutely. You can complete the Story Journal yourself or share its link with the person who knows the story best. Keep your Shopify order number handy, as it connects the completed journal to the correct purchase.

The standard packages are for personal, non-commercial use. They do not include use in paid advertising, commercial campaigns, resale or sublicensing. If you need business or commercial rights, contact us before ordering so we can discuss a separate written licence.

Story Journal answers and uploaded images are used to fulfil and support your personalised order. Submissions are kept in a private management area and are not included in ordinary notification emails. Please avoid sharing information that is not needed for the song, and tell us if any subject or phrase must not be included.
